Adoption FAQ

  • The first step in the adoption process is completing the adoption application. Your application will be reviewed and a volunteer adoption coordinator will follow up with a phone interview to determine your fit with the desired kitten or cat and address any questions from your application.

  • All cats and kittens have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, dewormed, given their first FVRCP vaccine, and are flea and ear mite free. Any other treatments or vaccines that have been given will be disclosed at the time of adoption.

  • We appreciate your interest in adopting a cat from Feral Cats Advocacy. At this time, we are only able to facilitate adoptions within the local southern Oregon area due to logistics, finances, and time constraints. However, if you are able to travel to the area to adopt and are also willing to travel to return a cat if circumstances change and you are no longer able to care for it, we may be able to facilitate an adoption on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation further. Thank you for your understanding and for considering adoption through Feral Cats Advocacy.
